Honeysuckle Soap

When I was a child I was enraptured by the fragrance of sweet honeysuckle growing in our backyard. This fragrance has always brought back nostalgic memories for me. There are about 180 different species of #honeysuckle world wide - and possibly almost as many awesome soap makers. What's your favorite Honeysuckle Soap?

I’m a bit of a #soapjunkie and always looking for more samples.

True Love - Bohemian Rose Rhapsody

So this may be it.... my favorite soap of all time! Picked it up at a discount store during this month of love, and I have fallen - head over heals....

Bohemian Rose Soap
Ode's  Bohemian Rose: "Blends the sweet nostalgia of garden roses with essences of geranium, orange blossom, ylang ylang, and pink peppercorn in a seductively modern bouquet."

You won't believe how absolutely exquisite this is...

Truly, a rhapsody.

Ode says their handcrafted soaps combine moisturizing olive, palm,* and coconut oils with naturally-occurring glycerin. A cold-process method ensures the 84% organic ingredients in this luxurious cleansing bar remain intact for great benefit to skin. *Harvested sustainability.

After doing a little research, I've discovered the true definition of Bohemian is:
Take a minute. Slow down. Enjoy what's going on.

Take this sweet rhapsody to bath with you, and you will...

Be Still and Know

This Christmas I received a little bar of the sweetest soap... set with a honeybee mold.
It was given to me in a lovely little white organza bag without a label or tag.

Earlier today, I filled my bath, and lathered up the creamiest, most velvety lather I've ever felt.
It was rich and absolutely luscious. Although not what I would define as "bright", the first thought that came to mind as I took in the fragrance, was "joy".

I wish I knew what I was bathing with... but, since I can't seem to find the name of the soap, the Christmas card which accompanied the gift actually gives me something to contemplate.
A Dayspring Card

Be still and know...
No labels... no tags... but, I think (particularly in this Christmas Season) I can enjoy it just the same.

Jasmine Soap Whispers

Jasmine whispers to me: Be quiet. Listen carefully. Love gently, but, effusively.

Jasmine Heart Soaps for www.homeandheart.net
From - The Sacred Heavens:

Jasmine softly embraces the spirit and heart, bringing greater understanding of the conscious mind and all its foibles. In its perfume, the wishes and desires of the heart are reflected and in gentleness we come to understand the subtle motives of the spirit. Our aspirations may not always be what is required to tread a spiritual path, and our wishes and dreams of others may deflect them from their path.  Jasmine helps us to understand this, and accept.

Making Jasmine Soap
It is said that Jasmine has the ability to call the angelic realms close, and to be able to transmit our soul's joy and love to the universe if the intent and purpose is carried from a clear and pure heart.
In the world in which we live space is often needed for a moment's reflection - to be able to consider the greater purpose, and to inhale the glory of heaven, and the master hand a work.  Paths trodden are often a mixture of joy and sorrow, but, through it all we can survive; sometimes all it takes is another point of view.
Jasmine's purpose is to provide us with our personal haven, where we can find a greater conscious resonation with Spirit.
